We hired K&X to do a major renovation of the first floor of our home. The project took nine weeks, and at least two members of his team showed up at our house every day, except Sundays, all nine weeks of the project. On time, too. We've had contractors in the past who wouldn't show up for days on end, so their reliability was awesome.

The quality of the work they did was also excellent. Our home is from the 1930s and, like all old homes, had some quirks and chalenges, but they were able to navigate everything, propose creative solutions, and indulge my requets to salvage and re-use things from the demo, even though it made things more complicated on their end.
